Event specific training plan. Perfect if you are taking on a single event and want a structured, tailored plan, specific to the goal event.

The plan will be provided in full, with the length depending on the lead-in period for the event. The plan will be based on your current fitness levels and availability to train.

  • 5k/10k – minimum 8 week block
  • Half marathon  – minimum 12 week block
  • Marathon  – minimum 12 week block, ideally 16 week block
